TERMS OF SERVICE
Service Agreement
By engaging codedrivenworks services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided as described in individual project proposals. All projects require a signed agreement before work commences.
Payment Terms
Payments are due according to the milestone schedule defined in the project agreement. Late payments incur a 2% monthly fee. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for deliverables transfer to the client. codedrivenworks retains the right to display work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
codedrivenworks liability is limited to the total value of the project agreement. We are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss due to third-party services, or issues arising from client modifications to delivered work.

REFUND POLICY
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to project milestones completed. If work has not commenced, a full refund minus administrative fees (10%) may be issued within 14 days of payment.
Milestone-Based Refunds
For projects with milestone payments, refunds are calculated based on completed work. Completed milestones are non-refundable. Remaining milestone payments may be refunded minus a 15% processing fee if the project is terminated by the client.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the issue. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Contact us for any refund inquiries.
